ShotVeilTerms
1. The extension and Pro
ShotVeil is free to use for its basic features. "Pro" is a one-time purchase (USD, single payment, no subscription) that unlocks additional features such as automatic detection and black-out of sensitive information.
2. License
After purchase you receive a license key. One key may be activated on up to 3 devices at a time, for use by the purchaser. You may not resell, share publicly or redistribute the key. A device can be released in your Polar customer portal so the key can be used elsewhere.
3. Payment
Payments are processed by Polar, our payment provider and merchant of record. Taxes shown at checkout are handled by Polar.
4. Refunds
You can request a refund within 8 days of purchase. Email us at support@choiez.com from the address you used to buy, with your order details, and we will refund you. After a refund, the license key is deactivated.
5. Support
Email support@choiez.com. We aim to reply within 2 business days.
6. Important notice about hiding information
Blur and mosaic can sometimes be reversed, and automatic detection can miss items (for example, text inside images). Always check the result before sharing, and use Black out for passwords, card numbers and keys. You are responsible for what you share.
7. Disclaimer and liability
The extension is provided "as is" without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for Pro.
8. Changes and governing law
We may update these terms and will change the date above. These terms are governed by the laws of Japan.
